MOTION 101 is a full program I built and tested myself.
Modalities :
Equipment-free (a floor space and your body is all you need)
3 sessions per week for 3 weeks (9 sessions total)
Each session is 30', start to finish
The program is based on the CrossFit methodology
Available in French 🇫🇷, English 🇺🇸 & Spanish 🇪🇸
Why did I build MOTION 101 ?
to initiate your fitness journey or make you test a new sport
to provide effective sport sessions
to able people to workout without the need of sport equipment
Through innovative rep schemes and movements, we will apply the CrossFit methodology and build a healthy and functional body.
Each sessions are presented as a .pdf document which detail the all 30'. Every movement & rep scheme are linked to videos you can click on, showing always 2 versions of 1 movement. The intensity of each session are defined by your capacities and desire : You don't adapt to the program, it adapts to you.
Don't forget, these sessions can be done wherever you are as many time as you want !
