MOTION 101 is a full program I built and tested myself.

Modalities :

  • Equipment-free (a floor space and your body is all you need)

  • 3 sessions per week for 3 weeks (9 sessions total)

  • Each session is 30', start to finish

  • The program is based on the CrossFit methodology

  • Available in French 🇫🇷, English 🇺🇸 & Spanish 🇪🇸

Why did I build MOTION 101 ?

  • to initiate your fitness journey or make you test a new sport

  • to provide effective sport sessions

  • to able people to workout without the need of sport equipment

Through innovative rep schemes and movements, we will apply the CrossFit methodology and build a healthy and functional body.

Each sessions are presented as a .pdf document which detail the all 30'. Every movement & rep scheme are linked to videos you can click on, showing always 2 versions of 1 movement. The intensity of each session are defined by your capacities and desire : You don't adapt to the program, it adapts to you.

Don't forget, these sessions can be done wherever you are as many time as you want !
